If Your Order Is Within the Return Window
To start the process, please initiate a return for an exchange via our Exchanges/Returns page.
Here’s what to do during the return process:
- When prompted, select “NO” if the jumper is unworn and unwashed.
- Choose the appropriate options in the return portal.
- Leave a comment in the comment box describing the issue and, if possible, attach a photo of the damaged area.
- Include a note in the return package stating that the item is damaged and specifying where the issue is so our returns team can process it correctly.

- A photo clearly showing the damage.
