Hello! We are Ariel and Carolina, co-founders of IMBŌDHI, and more than just business partners – we're life partners. Our journey together traces back to 2014, where it all began on the dance floor, blossoming from intrigue to love and eventually into various partnerships, including the creation of IMBŌDHI. This venture was born from our shared vision for all-in-one wardrobe essentials that seamlessly blend functionality, sophistication, and sustainability. In essence, we wanted to declutter our closets while making a positive impact on the planet, all while looking and feeling fantastic in the process. Is it too much to ask for? We didn't think so.
The foundation of IMBŌDHI was rooted in this clear vision, with the details meticulously sown during a transformative road trip in 2016. It was during this journey that we delved deep into the profound magic of the mind-body connection and co-crafted our own interpretation of "living embodied." We firmly believe that our bodies are our most sacred homes, and by nurturing them with care, we can better serve not only our own 'earth-bodies' but also our communities and the richness of life itself. Recognizing the need for an outfit that could support all bodies in this exploration of embodied living, we set out to create an all-in-one essential that would effortlessly transition from work to workouts and evenings out.
And so, we made it happen!
Today, IMBŌDHI has blossomed into an international brand that continues to evolve. As a collective, we remain humbled by this journey, forever committed to perfecting our craft and prioritizing environmental activism. We firmly believe that clothing should be as adaptable as the individuals who wear it, and those who create and wear clothing carry the responsibility to prioritize the well-being of our natural world. That's precisely what we do, and we aim to inspire our customers to do the same. While some things have changed along the way, our dedication to crafting clean, impactful products that bring joy to people's lives and our deep love for each other remain constant.
