Your trial begins when your package is delivered.

• You will receive a notification when your trial starts.

• If your order ships in multiple packages, the trial begins when the first package is delivered.

• Trial length is shown at checkout and in your confirmation emails. Most trials last between 7 and 21 days.

Can I Extend My Trial?

If you need a little extra time, we are happy to help.

• You may request a 1 to 3-day trial extension by contacting Customer Care.

• Extensions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
