Customers can start redeeming their $ discounts if they have reached 500 Bōdhi Bucks. The wheel on the bottom of the chat widget will start to fill up as customers earn points.

Once they have accumulated 500 Bōdhi Bucks, they can begin redeeming their rewards. Below is an example of how the rewards widget will appear when a customer has reached the minimum threshold of 500 points:
