What is IMBŌDHI Care+ Shipping Protection?Updated 7 months ago

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you purchase shipping protection, resolving any issues with your order is simple:


Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, wait 5 business days and then contact us at [email protected]. We’ll issue a replacement or refund, no hassle. Please note that shipping protection covers total order replacement. However, if the replacement package doesn't arrive, the customer will be responsible for working with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement right away.


If shipping protection wasn’t purchased, we’re not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you with the carrier's claim process.
