2. Access Order History: Once logged in, they should navigate to their order history or order details. This can often be found in the "Orders" or "Purchase History" section of their Shop Pay account.
3. View Payment Details: Within the specific order for the jumper they purchased, there should be an option to view payment details or payment history. Click on this option.
4. Check Remaining Payments: In the payment details or history section, the customer should be able to see the remaining payments and the due dates for each installment.
5. Contact Customer Support: If the above steps do not provide the necessary information or if there are any issues accessing the details, the customer can reach out to Shop Pay's customer support for assistance. They can often provide information about the remaining payments.
